Erwin Penland's 2014 Food for Thought conference booked Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors to play a private concert for the closing event. This was a poster contest held throughout the agency to create the band's poster for the special event. Each poster was submitted on Pinterest and the top 5 posters with the most likes were sent to the band to choose one final winner. Along with creating the official poster for the event, first place also received an Xbox One.
